    ​Institute of Management: Organizing a round table meeting for administrative leaders in the Eastern Province before the end of the year

    The Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration in the Eastern Province, Dr. Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Bukhaiti stressed the importance of establishing and activating partnerships with the private sector to enhance aspects of cooperation to support the training and practical process following the Institute’s work plan.

    Al-Bukhaiti said, who reviewed the most important programs of the institute during the next two months during the monthly meeting of the business sector, which was held by the Asharqia Chamber on Tuesday evening, August 3, 2021, and the administration of the Secretary-General of the Chamber, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, where he referred to the most prominent programs of the Institute for leadership training at the level of the eastern region, where the program targets Training the leaders of the government, private and third sectors, explaining that the institute is full of training competencies and available capabilities that everyone can benefit from, pointing to more communication with the beneficiaries of the institute's services during the coming period.
    Al-Bukhaiti stated that the institute aims to raise the efficiency of employees and prepare them scientifically to assume their responsibilities and exercise their powers in a manner that ensures upgrading the level of administration and supports the rules for the development of the national economy, in addition to supporting administrative reform and development efforts, providing advice in the administrative areas presented by ministries and other government agencies, and enriching administrative thought. By authoring and conducting research and administrative studies and translating distinguished scientific works related to administrative development, the Institute also provides many diverse services in several fields, including Research and studies aimed at encouraging and supporting scientific research and creating the appropriate environment to activate its activity in the Institute, which contributes to the diagnosis and analysis of Addressing administrative problems and disseminating administrative thought, by conducting research and studies, writing books, scientific translation, implementing conferences and seminars, and preparing reports on administrative development in the Kingdom.​

    Al-Bukhaiti pointed out that the institute’s training programs witness active and distinguished participation, as the Enrichment Program, which is held remotely, recorded the training of 344,867 trainees of both sexes, and the participation of 55,026 trainees of both sexes in electronic conferences, and the Leadership Development Academy witnessed the participation of 2,485 trainees in the practical sessions.​
    With regard to the training programs between Al-Bakhiti, the institute's programs witnessed a distinguished interaction, as 84,675 thousand trainees of both sexes participated in the training programs, and 2,145 trainees in the preparatory programs.
    Speaking about the most important future jobs, Al-Bakhiti said that according to studies, less than 5 percent of jobs can be fully automated, and 60 percent of jobs can complete a third of their tasks, pointing out that future jobs depend on skill and knowledge, not experience.​
